HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. can of tomatoes, mashed
1 med. green bell pepper, diced
1 lg. block of cheese (mild-medium-sharp)
1 sm. box macaroni

Fry ground beef and let drain grease. Boil macaroni until done; then drain. Combine tomatoes, bell peppers and onion. Simmer until peppers and onions are soft. (Sauce).

Take large casserole bowl and layer each ingredient: Hamburger - bottom; sauce; macaroni; cheese; top off with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts (approximately 20 minutes). Serves 4-6.
