1 stick butter
1/2 c. cream
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick cooking oats

Mix everything except oats and peanut butter. Bring to a bubbly boil. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, add oats and peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
