CRANBERRY - APPLE RELISH 
2 med. Granny Smith apples, cut into sm. chunks
1 (12 oz.) bag cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark raisins
1/2 c. thawed frozen apple juice concentrate

In large non-aluminum saucepan, combine all ingredients and 1/2 cup water. Over high heat bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently, until apples are tender and cranberries pop, stirring occasionally. Remove to medium serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Can be prepared several days ahead.
