SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil
Dash of caraway seeds

Combine all ingredients; cover tightly and steam over low heat until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
