PUMPKIN BREAD | |
4 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt 3 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. Mazola oil 6 eggs, beaten 1 c. water 1 tsp. black walnut flavoring 1 lg. can pumpkin or 3 c. 3/4 c. nuts Make a well of the dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients and mix together thoroughly. Pour into 3 loaf pans and bake 1 hour slowly in a 325 degree oven. Use toothpick method for testing doneness. |
