SUMMER SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni, cooled
1 lg. cucumber, sliced
1 lg. tomato, cubed
1 rib celery, finely cut
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 c. cubed Colby cheese
Salt and pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk

Stir together mayonnaise and milk. Pour over all ingredients, stir and allow a few hours to cool. Adjust mayonnaise as needed.
