SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
Bread crumbs
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 tbsp. nutmeg
1 lb. hamburger
Flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix egg and milk with fork. Add bread crumbs, enough so mixture is moist, but not soup. Add chopped green pepper, onion, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly. Add hamburger. Now! Use your CLEAN hands and mix all together. Be sure it is moist, NOT soggy.

Form in meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Should make between 15-18 meatballs. Chill until ready to fry. Before frying roll each meatball in flour. Place in large fry pan, which has been heated with butter. Keep turning until evenly browned. Remove to bowl. Add soup to pan and dilute with water to gravy consistency and stir. Pour over meatballs and serve with mashed potatoes and vegetable of your choice.
