TURKEY SUPREME HOT DISH 
1 sm. onion, chopped; brown in butter
4 eggs, well beaten
7-8 c. bread, cubed
Dash of sage and thyme
1 c. celery
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1-2 c. broth, so moist

Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with 7-8 cups cut up turkey. Heat: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water

Pour on top of turkey and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Put on crushed potato chips and bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 5-10 minutes and cut in squares.
