PEPPERONI BALLS 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni slices
1 c. water
cooking oil

Prepare roll mix according to package, omitting egg and using 1 c. water. Dough does not need to rise. Place one cheese cube on one pepperoni. Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Fry in deep hot oil for 5 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towel.
