CRISP PIE CRUSTS FOR 4 CRUSTS 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

To flour, add shortening, salt, and blend until the likeness of coarse meal. Add egg and water and vinegar. Press together (do not knead). Store in refrigerator until needed. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
