AGLIATO SAUCE FOR SALADS 
1 thick slice French bread
4 tsp. red wine vinegar
2-3 sprigs fresh basil (more if desired)
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1 c. oil (olive and corn mixture or all olive if desired)
3 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
1/4 c. pine nuts
1 tsp. mixed Italian herbs

Soak bread in vinegar before running through processor and combine with the rest of ingredients.
