PEACH PIE 
3 c. peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all together. Dot with butter before crust on top. Put egg whites and milk on top to brown. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.
