SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
3/4-1 lb. ground chuck 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1 lg. garlic clove, halved or 3 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. curry powder 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 whole bay leaf 3 c. water 1 tsp. oregano leaves 1 can tomato soup Brown meat with onions, bell pepper then add all other ingredients. Simmer for 2-3 hours. Before serving remove bay leaf. |
