EASY BREAKFAST 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1 c. ham, chopped or bacon, crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt

In a 9 x 13 inch pan, press hash browns in bottom of pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Take out and fill with layer of cheeses, ham, and bacon. Beat together milk, eggs, and salt. Pour over layers and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 8.
