Heated juice of 2 1/2 can pineapple (reserve pineapple for use later)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. marshmallows

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add to hot pineapple juice. Add beaten egg and butter. Stir until thick. Cool. Add pineapple and marshmallows.
