TEXAS TWO-STEP CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 1/2 c. picante sauce
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
3 c. cooked rice

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over rice.
