CHICKEN & VEGETABLES 
Chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut in bite-size pieces
2 tsp. each soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry & water

Mix marinade and add chicken. Stir together, set aside 15 minutes. 1 clove garlic Oil & 1 tsp. sesame oil

Add enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Fry garlic and ginger briefly. Stir fry chicken. Remove chicken.

Vegetables - mixture of several:
Snow peas
Celery
Carrots
Mushrooms, dried mushrooms soaked 30 minutes.
Green pepper
Bamboo shoots
Water chestnuts
Zucchini
Tofu

Have vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces. Add longest cooking vegetables to pan first. Add water as needed. Add remaining vegetables. Stir in chicken. Add sauce and cook until it bubbles and thickens.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. chicken broth (bouillon, water)
2 tbsp. oyster sauce or soy sauce
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sherry

Combine.
