CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

24 graham crackers
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

CUSTARD:

24 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crush graham crackers and mix with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Spread evenly in pan and bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Cream until velvety smooth. Pour into crust and bake 45-60 minutes. Meanwhile mix topping ingredients together. Spoon topping onto cake and return to oven and bake about 10 minutes. Cool before putting in the refrigerator.
