RED BEANS AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lg. bell pepper, cut into sm. pieces
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3 cans red kidney beans
Salt to taste

Brown ground beef, sausage, onion and bell pepper. Drain off fat. Add oregano, cumin, tomato sauce, Rotel, kidney beans and salt. Simmer for 2 hours or until desired thickness. Serve over rice.
