1 (8") springform pan

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for 55 minutes. 1 stick butter 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 6 eggs, separated 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar

Mash Social Tea Biscuits (I use food processor) and blend with butter. Then line pan with crust. Mix egg yolks, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Beat egg whites and then fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture. Put in pan and bake at 325 degrees.
