SPINACH APPLE TOSS 
2 lbs. spinach (o.k. to use ready-to-serve bags if well deveined)
6 tart apples
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
12 slies bacon, crisply fried and crumbled

Wash spinach and pick over carefully, remove all stems. Tear into bite sized pieces. Dry very well using a salad spinner or paper or cloth towels. Fry and drain bacon. Crumble just before serving. Quarter, core and chop apples into large bowl.
