BEEF ROLL UPS 
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 tbsp. Horseradish
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Minced onion to taste
2 pkg. Carl Buddig Beef

Soften cheese. Add remaining ingredients. Spread cheese mixture on entire slice of beef, then roll up. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving. Cut into thirds or fourths. You may insert toothpicks in each. Garnish with parsley.
