FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 pkg. fettuccine
2/3 c. light cream
1 stick butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk

Cook noodles according to bag. While noodles are cooking, beat egg yolk and add to cream. Melt butter. Place noodles in serving bowl. Pour over the noodles, egg and cream mixture, melted butter, and half of the grated cheese. Toss until well blended while adding additional cheese.
