STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. strawberries, prepared
5 c. sugar
2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 bottle Certo

Mix fruit, sugar and syrup. Place over high heat, bring to a boil. Boil hard for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in Certo immediately. Skim off foam. Ladle into jars and seal. Put in a water bath for 5 minutes.
