SUNSHINE POTATO BALLS 
4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
Marshmallows
Crushed corn flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix together all ingredients except marshmallows and corn flakes. From into 2-inch balls, forming the ball around half of a large marshmallow. Roll in coarsely crushed corn flakes. Place in 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or freeze. Bake frozen balls about 1 hour. Makes about 18.

These are wonderful for a holiday buffet.
