CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
3/4 med. egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
3/4 tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/16 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Remove the crust from two slices of bread, bread in small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix ingredients, shape into cakes. Then fry quickly until brown.
