SWEET 'N SOUR CABBAGE WITH
CANADIAN BACON
 
2 tsp. vegetable oil
6 oz. Canadian bacon, cut into cubes
4 c. shredded cabbage (about half a head)
3 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. brown sugar
Dash pepper

In 10 inch skillet, heat oil, add bacon, onions. Cool until brown. Add cabbage, stir thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and cook. Stir occasionally until cabbage is tender and liquid has evaporated. About 10 to 12 minutes.
