MOLDED SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. green pepper
3 tbsp. shredded carrot
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cottage cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; pour into mold. Chill thoroughly. Cut into slices and serve on lettuce leaves.

Makes 8 servings.
