ONE DISH CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
1 can (10 3/4) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked regular long grain rice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Set oven to 375°F.

In a 2 Qt. shallow baking dish mix soup and water. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.

Serves 4.
