SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts
1 pkg. bean sprouts
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 slices bacon, cut into pieces, fried & drained

Wash and tear spinach, rinse bean sprouts, cut water chestnuts into bits. Add bacon and onions. Mix well.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. catsup
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all above in a container with a lid and shake well. Pour over salad directly before serving. Serves 8. Alfalfa sprouts may be substituted for bean sprouts. Mushrooms may be added, cut to pieces.
