1 c. yogurt 1 egg 2 tsp. Gram flour (this flour should be fried to a light brown color in a little oil) 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder 1/4 tsp. cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp. cumin powder Blend all these and marinate boneless chicken pieces for at least 6 hours. Cook in an oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Or put them in a skewer and cook over a grill. |
