PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. mashed pumpkin
2/3 c. water or juice off pumpkin where cooked
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix thoroughly.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a loaf pan.
