SUMMER SAUSAGE 
5 lb. hamburger (lean, but needs some fat or will be too dry)
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp. course black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick

Mix well and refrigerate. Work every day for 3 days. On the fourth day, shape into 3 rolls. Bake on broiler rack for 8 to 10 hours at 150 degrees.
