FRESH ORANGE MOLD 
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. (5-6 med.) fresh or canned orange sections
1/2 c. flaked coconut (or 1 c. mini marshmallows, see below)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, stir in orange juice. Cool mixture in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. When cooled, stir in evaporated milk. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Cut orange sections into 1/2 inch pieces. Add orange pieces and coconut to thickened Jello. Pour into a 5 cup mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm. (1 cup of mini marshmallows can be substituted for the coconut, if desired.)

SNOW TOP PINEAPPLE JELLO MOLD:

Soften 1 envelope unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup syrup from a 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Place on medium heat and stir until clear. Add 1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing and 1/2 cup sour cream. Pour into a pretty mold to partially fill.

Prepare 2 (3 ounce) package of lemon Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 cups ginger ale. Chill this until thick (not completely set) then fold in 1 cup crushed pineapple. Pour into mold over above set mixture. Chill until completely set. Unmold and serve!
