DELUXE CRAB SANDWICHES 
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped pimiento
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 English muffins, split & toasted
1/4 c. cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Divide crab mixture and spread on 6 muffin halves. Sprinkle cheese over top. Put in broiler until cheese melts and sandwich is heated through. Makes 6 sandwiches, approximately 135 calories per serving.
