OPEN FACED SHRIMP - CRAB
SANDWICHES
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen shrimp
1 pkg. imitation crab
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (1/2 jack & 1/2 Cheddar)
1 tbsp. finely minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix ingredients well. Toast 6 English muffin halves under broiler. Divide fish mixture equally onto muffins. Place under broiler. Broil until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve with a fruit salad.
