EASY BEEF STEW 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. round stead
4 to 5 lg. potatoes
1 lb. carrots
1 med. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic
1 lg. can V-8 juice

Cut round steak into bite size pieces and potatoes and carrots. Cut up onion. Combine all ingredients and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
