ELEGANT HAMBURGERS WITH GARLIC
SAUCE
 
1 lb. hamburger patties
3-4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp. dry red wine
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced parsley
Pinch salt and pepper

Fry burgers as usual in a minimum of oil. Remove burgers. Lightly saute garlic, cut in half in the pan juices. Add dry red wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring sauce to a boil, then drizzle over patties. Fantastic over steak!
