CREAMY BANANA PUDDING 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant Jello vanilla pudding
3 med. bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cold milk
2 c. (1 pt.) whipping cream
24 vanilla wafers

Combine condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix and beat until well-blended. Set bowl in freezer and chill 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream for 4-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.

Take bowl from freezer and fold whipped cream into mixture. Spoon 1/3 of mixture into a glass serving bowl. Top with 1/2 of the sliced bananas and vanilla wafers. Repeat; then top with the final 1/3 of mixture. Chill. Yield 8 servings.

Tip: Banana slices must be dipped in lemon juice to avoid turning brown.
