RICE KRISPY TREATS 
1/4 c. butter
1 (10 oz., about 40) pkg. reg. marshmallows or 4 c. miniature marshmallows
5 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Cook over low heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add cereal. Stir until well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
