STRAWBERRY FLUFF 
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 large egg whites
2 tbsp lemon juice
2/3 cup sugar
10 ounce pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
8 ounce container cool whip

Melt butter, add flour, brown sugar, and nuts. Spread in a 9 by 12 inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. (Stir 3 or 4 times.) Cool. Set aside 1/2 for top.

Beat egg whites and lemon juice, add sugar and strawberries. Fold in cool whip. Spread mixture over crumbs in pan. Top with reserved crumbs. Freeze. Serve frozen.
