CHICKEN RIGATONI 
6 oz. rigatoni
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast sliced into sm. strips
1 can (16 oz.) French green beans
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Onions if desired

Cook rigatoni to package directions; drain. In large skillet, melt butter, cook chicken strips until almost done. Add beans, tomato sauce and onions. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes stirring often. Add rigatoni and cheese; heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with French fried onions if desired.
