PECAN NUGGETS 
DOUGH:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix cream cheese and butter together. Add flour and mix by hand into a ball. Pinch dough to make 24 even size balls. Flatten the balls in the palms of your hands to a 3 inch circle; press the dough into small muffin tins. Fill the dough cup 3/4 full with filling. In a bowl, beat egg. Add brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and pecans. Mix well. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Makes 24.
