CHICKEN LIVERS AND BACON 
1 1/2 lbs. bacon
1 container chicken livers
Toothpicks

Remove all fat from chicken livers, rinse in cold water. Cut chicken livers in half. Cut bacon into 2 inch strips. Wrap bacon around chicken livers and place on cook sheet. Cook in oven at 275 degrees until bacon is crisp. Remove from oven, place on paper towel to drain. Insert toothpicks and serve hot.
