PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
20 oz. can pineapple slices
1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 eggs
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 375 degrees. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries (reserve 2/3 cup liquid). In large bowl mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at medium. Spoon over fruit to cover evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Loosen edges. Invert onto serving plate. Cool 5 minutes before removing. If possible, serve warm.
