CHEESE & POTATO BAKE 
8 med. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Boil potatoes (diced). In a large mixing bowl mash potatoes, cream cheese and sour cream to a smooth consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put in a greased casserole dish. Drop pats of butter on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Casserole may be stored in refrigerator or freezer prior to baking.
