LASAGNA SAUCE 
1 lb. mild sweet Italian sausage with fennel
1 lb. ground chuck
2 (28 oz.) cans plum tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste plus 1 can (6 oz.) water
2 tsp. basil
40 pieces rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. sugar (add to taste)
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. parsley

Brown sausage and ground chuck. Drain off grease. Put browned sausage and ground chuck in a crock pot. Add all other ingredients to crock pot. Cook several hours on high in crock pot. May use over noodles or in lasagna.
