BACON & CHESTNUT WRAPS 
3 cans whole water chestnuts, cut in half
2 lbs. bacon, cut into thirds

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chili sauce

Wrap water chestnuts with bacon and secure with toothpick. Line them up on a broiler pan and broil until bacon is cooked. Mix together sauce ingredients in a saucepan and heat. Place the wraps in the sauce and heat for a few minutes. Serve in a chafing dish or casserole.
