EASIEST CHICKEN EVER 
1 (3 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up, or 3 lb. chicken parts
1 (8 oz.) bottle creamy Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 c. apricot preserves

Arrange chicken over bottom of shallow baking dish. Combine salad dressing, soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Stir sauce occasionally. Makes 6 servings. For company meals, use chicken breasts.
