TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
4 c. apple chunks (Granny Smith)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
8 oz. LaCreme whipped topping
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. cocktail peanuts, hulled & chopped

Mix pineapple juice, beaten egg, flour, sugar and vinegar; cook until thick. Set aside to cool. Mix apples chunks with pineapple and peanuts. Add LaCreme to cooled pineapple mixture. Combine with apple mixture.
